Due to a fire in 2001 Sweetbryar lost most documentation of the art she created over a lifetime and all paintings that were still in her possession were destroyed. While this was a terrible personal loss, it was also the ultimate housecleaning and opened up the way for Sweetbryar to start a completely new phase of her creative work. Following are some of the pieces from this last 10 year period.

Fearie Tales
The Fearie Tale pieces are all acrylic on maple cut panels, except for Hansel and Gretal which is on Walnut. Each piece is approximately 8" x 11".
Kings and Queens of Jazz
This series is done in acrylic on black walnut panels. The pieces are all approximately 8" x 10"
